Turning the brown eye purple?

I am not a doctor just sharing some information.

Can to many squats or heavy lifting lead to hemorrhoids? Yes it can! I didnt believe it but it happened. The doctor said I was getting older, I turned my head like an evil villain and said NAH! I ain’t getting old you’re getting old! She was a young hot looking doctor and she just smirked.

If you look around online you can find some pretty gory videos of dudes just losing the guts, all his insides and butt juice and meat strait from his pooper when squatting heavy stuff.

So how did I get it. I wanted to have fun with Halloween all month so I got a job at a haunted house and I guess I got broke in, well my asshole did right? They wanted POP up scares which meant me squatting and popping up in a repetitive motion for hours at some point I stopped due to light headedness but I didn’t quit just yet.

I figured I would step up my game cause Im in beast mode and I aint old! I made my way back to the gym added some extra squats and really felt pumped. I forgot to mention this haunted house was hot inside and I was sweating like crazy!

I kept it up for 2 weekends by monday I was limping and over exhausted my self due to the heat inside and I turned my brown eye purple.

Never has this happened to me ….. well now of course I guess I’m just getting older. I must say I was like a damn jack in the box poppin up so many times.

My current weight is 260 then I would hit the gym squat 300 easy but my asshole wasn’t having it anymore felt like there was a fire in my ass, first I thought it could have been those hot ass peppers I eat, the ones that make my farts burn a little but it didn’t go away went to the doctor and the doctor said it was exhaustion and a butt roid! So I bumped up the fiber intake which really helped and worked myself back to normal.

I will never work at a haunted house again better to just walk on through. I must say though it is a great opportunity to meet some freaky ass women or men whatever you like it was fun till I tore my ass up and that can be taken so many ways!

Don’t strain when trying to pass that chocolate covered football out your ass all that straining will tear your ass up if you ain’t got no fiber in your diet.

Bump up your fiber.

If you have hemorrhoids and or have to strain to push, bump up you fiber and water, all your doing in pushing your ass and the roids out more.

Asshole all swollen and itching. Fiber and water is the key to a passive bowel movement. Every thing should come out smooth! If you dont drink enough water, its like shitting a brillo pad just scratching and cutting your ass all up.

Hemorrhoids can develop from increased pressure in the lower rectum due to:

  • Straining during bowel movements.
  • Sitting for long periods of time on the toilet. ( being on the phone just having your ass all open for nothing)
  • Having chronic diarrhea or constipation.
  • Being obese.
  • Being pregnant.
  • Having anal intercourse.
  • Eating a low-fiber diet.
  • Regular heavy lifting.
